You retain ownership of all content (names, photos, relationships) you add to your family trees. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos or information.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Advertisements

FamilyRoots displays advertisements via Google AdSense to support the free service. Ad content is controlled by Google and not by FamilyRoots.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

FamilyRoots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
